charming stay!
comfy bed steam room sunny patio
I enjoyed the comfy bed, it was just lovely. The steam room shower was also a big plus. i spent much time on the sunny patio included with the suite hammam hydromassage bathtub sauna terrace! i felt very welcomed by all staff.

The room service menu was delicious. I recommend the club sandwich, it was the best i have ever eaten. the breakfast offered various options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The presentation was fine!

delicious food top notch breakfast friendly staff
this place charmed me! breakfast was top notch, the food very delicious. the staff were friendly, especially alex and alberto. the room was super clean daily, with great amenities and a comfortable bed. i booked a private tour at a beautiful winery, thanks to concierge.
the hotel had limited parking. the narrow parking space made exiting the hotel complex quite tricky. it requires skillful maneuvering to navigate the exit through the gate. they should improve it.

The staff was helpful. The room service was quick. The hotel proactively contacted me about a jacket I left behind and offered to send it to the airport.
The room cleaning sometimes occurred in the afternoon, after we returned.

smooth check-in special bathtub quiet location
the staff greeted me warmly, ensuring smooth check-in. our room had a special hydromassage bathtub, perfect for relaxation after a long day. the breakfast included made-to-order hot items. we also found a quiet and beautiful location near the metro.
the room lighting system was a bit tricky. it took some time to figure out how to switch the lights on and off effectively.

the staff offered helpful bookings and excellent services during the day. marco suggested visiting tossa de mar and they arranged taxis. yarellis and alberto provided great recommendations and tips.
